Economy:
1-3business day processing plus an additional time of 3-5 business days for transit
Standard:
3-4 business day processing plus an additional transit time of 2-3 business days
International:
3-4 business day processing plus an additional transit time of 7-21 business days .
We ship twice a week. Unless the item is stated as a “Pre-order” item and it will ship between the dates given in the description panel.

Only purchase “Pre-Order” Items , if you are willing to wait both processing and transit time (once your order is shipped)

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES/ RETURNS DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.
Please insure you are selecting the right size and/or color of the item you are wanting to purchase. We have all measurements located in the description of each item. We also have a sizing chart located on our website as well if it is not located in the description panel. We highly suggest using your actual measurements to cross examine with our sizing chart to ensure you are selecting the correct size .

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED , DEFECTIVE , ETC. You will have three consecutive days to reach out to us regarding your unacceptable order and we will fix it within a reasonable timeframe . After three consecutive days have passed , we will no longer be able review any claims regarding damage, and or defective products.

If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address upon checkout , you will need to pay a $5.99 reship fee in order for us to ship out your package . We do not issue refunds due to a package being sent back to us for incorrect/unknown addresses. After we receive your package from the shipping courier , we will need to start the process of reshipment .
We are not responsible for lost and/ or stolen mail . Please contact the shipping carrier is you experience any of these issues . We use (UPS, FedEx, USPS) A confirmation shipping email is sent once label is created.
